The workbench is designed to be multi lingual at its core .. and all the pages are designed to accommodate a tag/translation system where formatted packages are used to supply the translations into an internal database. There is a default English version built into the web pages that is used if you forget to load up the tags for the English language, and the software currently holds language packages for:
English
French
German
Spanish
Russian
Dutch
Chinese
Thai
The login and registration screens have language selection icon to allow temporary use of another language on those screens, but the user can select a preferred language as they register or later in their Profile settings to use the selected language in the rest of the workbench.
